This skyscraper aimed to be a small lighthouse between the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges. The project utilized the existing structure of a former exposed brick tobacco factory. It housed a program for an academy-residence catering to students in various artistic disciplines. The building had an initial section integrated with the topography, designated for public use. Further up, workshops, classrooms, and other spaces for the academy's activities were situated. Lastly, at the top, there was the residential area for the students.
